Brighton night search, socialization and obedience

Mon Nov 29 Brighton WBR hosted a socialization and obedience evaluation, followed by night search scenarios. 14 dog and handler teams from Solitude, Snowbasin, Alta, Snowbird, Park City,Sundance and Brighton participated in the first on snow WBR group training of the 2010-2011 season. A socialization and obedience evaluation was the first order of business, with 10 of 10 teams passing the evaluation. Teams then proceeded to the Millicent top shack to await night fall and enjoy meatball subs. With our bellies full and darkness upon us, teams participated in one of two scenarios.  One scenario consisted of two teams at one a time, tandem searching one site with two burials. The second scenario was a single burial and/or four phase progression site. It is apparent in these dogs and handlers the great pride and effort they put forth. It is great to be part of such a great organization.
